Cleaning / Washing Plants

Cleaning plants for the pre- and after-treatment of goods applying special processes such as:

Where degreasing is followed by a drying process, convection hot air or vacuum drying is used


Pickling plants suitable for cleaning, de-scaling, phosphating and bonder lubrication of steel components, along with steam heating coils, transporting system, fresh air blower and fume exhaust system.

The sequence followed for the pickling process is:

  • Pickling in 10 to 15% dilute sulphuric acid for 20 to 30 minutes
  • Cold water rinsing for 5 minutes
  • Phosphating for 10 to 15 minutes
  • Cold water rinsing for 5 to 10 minutes
  • Bonder lubrication for 10 to 15 minutes

Liquid Coating

This paint kitchen system provides complete system for transfer and regulation of paint to applicator. The system consists of pneumatic paint transfer pumps provided for transfer of paint and thinner to paint applicator.
